My master's track at the New York Academy of Art culminated in much of the relief work you see here. In this thesis, a comic-like montage of personal scenes don't so much unfold as spring to mind within an aptly heavy stone frame. This work aimed less for narrative, and more at the senses — like an unconscious rendering of the moments and feelings that ebb and flow, stop and start, in modern life (and this eternally modern city).
Additional pieces include two separate portraits, one on lithograph, and a series of Canadian coins in limestone.
